You - Requirements:
- Sales oriented, results driven and hungry for both financial and professional success
- Minimum 3-5+ years sales experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing exceeding quota
- Excellent phone manner, presentation and writing skills
- Ability to sell to the technical diligence team, senior management, SMB and Global 1000
- Knowledge of the computer and security industry or strong technical aptitude
- Experience selling a product with a long (2-6 month) sales cycle
- Problem identification and problem solving skills to tailor the pitch to each client's needs
- Willing to travel
- The ability to work independently, efficiently prioritize time and to be diligent in documentation and follow-through
- Experience selling to channel, government or particular security conscious verticals (banks, health care, etc) a big plus
- Contacts/potential customers a major plus
You - Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from pre-established business contacts in target verticals
- Generate leads via researching the market and identifying potential customers and aggressively/methodically convert them to sales
- Outbound telephone calls to prospective clients nationwide.
- Occasional sales and marketing events such as tradeshows and speaking opportunities
- Reseller, Partner and Government sales as well as direct customer sales
System Administrator
SafeWeb, Inc. is seeking a systems administrator to support a world-class development and sales teams producing the next generation of enterprise security products.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience maintaining hybrid Unix/Windows networks.
Responsibilities include:
- Administring a windows network for sales and business development.
- Installation and maintenance of system software on a Windows LAN and road warrior's laptops.
- Interoperation of resources in a hybrid Unix/Windows environment.
- Integration of network resources with LDAP directory services.
- Facillitating remote access by sales and developers.
- Maintence of Unix Web, Mail, and/or Fileservers.
- Maintence of custom linux distribution.
- Network troubleshooting and maintence.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years of System Administration Experience.
- BA/BS degree in CS or EE.
- Experience with Windows Networking, NT Domains.
- Experiance with LDAP and other directory services.
- Experiance with BSD, Linux and/or Solaris.
- Experience running Mail and Web servers.
- Experience with IPsec and other secure remote access protocols.
- Experiance with various forms of shell scripting (sh, ksh, bash1/2).
- Knowledge of the vi editor.
- Perl/Python skills a plus.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience developing mission critical applications in C and Perl.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of Development Experience
- BA/BS degree in CS or EE
- Extensive knowledge of Perl and C
- Experience with debuggers and code revision systems
- SQL experience
- Experience developing forked and threaded servers
- Knowledge of networking and security protocols including TCP/IP, SSL, IPSec
- Knowledge of most Web protocols/languages including HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, Java, and Flash
- Experience with *nix operating systems
Additional Suggested Experience:
- Experience writing Apache Modules
- Experience with user database protocols such as LDAP and RADIUS
- Experience with Linux SAMBA
- Other low level security technologies
