PITTSBURGH, PA - May 9, 2002 - Jeffrey M. Klink, CEO of Klink & Co., Inc. today announced the opening of three new offices to complement its growing capabilities.
Klink & Co., located in Two Gateway Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a business intelligence and investigative firm, providing management consulting, security and investigative services for clients around the globe.
This January, Klink & Co. opened its first international office on Mainzer Landstrasse in Frankfurt Am Main, Germany to better serve corporations seeking business intelligence in the U.S. and Europe.
Also this January, Klink & Co. opened its first office in Texas at Premier Place in Dallas. Klink & Co. has ongoing relationships with Dallas law firms and corporations, including Fish & Richardson, the nation's largest intellectual property law firm. David Weber, a former practicing civil and criminal attorney in Dallas, heads the office.
This June, Klink & Co. is pleased to announce the opening of its office in New York City at Two Penn Plaza, to serve its growing national and international client base. Klink & Co. currently serves a number of firms in mid-town Manhattan. David Nolan, Vice President and head of Klink & Co.'s Research Division, has been named the head of the New York office. Mr. Nolan is a former white-collar investigator for the city of New York, and former Kroll Associates Director.

KLINK & CO., INC. ANNOUNCES THE HIRING OF THREE HIGH-LEVEL DIRECTORS TO COMPLEMENT ITS GROWING STAFF.
PITTSBURGH, PA - May 9, 2002 - Klink & Co., Inc., is pleased to announce that David Weber, Susan Corrado, and Peter McKay have joined the company as Directors in Pittsburgh, and in its new offices in Dallas and New York City.
Klink & Co., located in Two Gateway Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a business intelligence and investigative firm, providing security and investigative services for clients around the globe.
David Weber, formerly a criminal defense attorney with noted lawyer Tom Mills in Dallas, brings a wealth of investigative and legal experience to Klink & Co. Mr. Weber has served a number of American Bar Association organizations and has published articles on technology and legal issues.
Susan Corrado, formerly of the Intelligence Group and the FBI, joined the firm as a Director and will work in the new Klink & Co. office in mid-town Manhattan. Ms. Corrado, a former practicing civil litigator, has vast experience working on complex matters for law firms and public corporations. While with the F.B.I., Ms. Corrado was responsible for investigating white-collar crime and terrorism.
Peter McKay, a former intelligence agent and practicing attorney in a corporate business law firm, joined Klink & Co. as a Director for the firm. Mr. McKay brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company. He spent over 14 years in the intelligence community. Mr. McKay serves international and U.S. based clients from the New York, Dallas, Frankfurt, and Pittsburgh offices.
Axel Samulowitz, an experienced security and investigative professional, formerly of Lufthansa Airlines, has also joined Klink & Co. as a Director in its new Frankfurt, German office. Mr. Samulowitz has over 15 years experience in conducting sensitive investigations, and has worked throughout Germany and what is now the European Union.
