Fujitsu Technology Solutions' server and storage products are supported through our partner, Amdahl Corporation. The Amdahl Global Service Center is staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and can be reached at 1-800-638-1764.
THE CENTER PROVIDES:
Hardware problem resolution assistance for Amdahl and Fujitsu Technology Solutions' equipment.
Hardware problem resolution assistance for multi-vendor equipment supported by Amdahl.
CALL MANAGEMENT AND COMMITMENT TRACKING
In order for our call management personnel to effectively and efficiently manage your call, please be prepared with the following information:

Name and telephone number
Site ID
Product type and serial number (if applicable)
Brief problem description
Severity of the problem

Each incident is assigned a call reference number by which problem resolution is tracked. Please be prepared in conversations relating to an incident to provide the call reference number so we can expedite the issue.
